Modifications to the Agreement

The Mailroom reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Web Site or placement of orders following the changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. Therefor we ask you to review the Terms and Conditions carefully. To ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing and inventory, The Mailroom reserves the right to make changes and adjustment without notice.

Payment is due at time of completion of order, prior to the release of the shipment.

Gift Certificate

Gift certificates are not redeemable on sale items online or in store.

Ownership

Full and complete title and ownership to all goods and merchandise sold and delivered in virtue of the present sale remain with the Vendor until full, final and complete payment of the entire invoice has been made by the Purchaser. 

Vendors Liability

Vendor is not responsible for any delay resulting from unavailability of goods, delays in transportation, strikes, fires, labour shortages, acts of God, or other causes beyond its control. “Not withstanding any warranty granted by Vendor on any products sold by it to Purchaser, Vendor does not assume any responsibility in virtue of such warranty or otherwise for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever to persons of property, including any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from or in any way connected with the product, and undertakes only to replace and/or repair defective products and workmanship within the warranties expressed herein below.”

Limitations of Warranties

Vendor passes on to the Purchaser, all written warranties provided by the Manufacturer of the products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper servicing and no other warranty expressed or implied, legal or otherwise provided.
